We, Ebenezer International School, would like to recruit a qualified principal who will be able to serve us from August 2019 to June 2021.

* Introduction of the school.
Ebenezer International School was established in 1998 by the Korean community. It is registered as a private English medium school from Class 1 to Class 12 with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
It is  recognized as a Teaching Institute for IGCSE/O Level(Ordinary Level) and IAL(Advanced Level) examination organized by EDEXCEL/CIE, Education Board in UK.
This school has been running in its own building with 270 students from Korea, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, America, etc. You can refer to http://www.ebenezeris.com for more information.

* Qualification for new principal :
  1) We are looking for a Christian principal who can commit for at least 2 years and the term can be renewed.
  2) Minimum 3 years experience with any Christian English education.
  3) Preferably someone with cross cultural educational experiences.

* Package for the principal
  1) Housing with full facilities and services
  2) Tax free salary for 12 months
  3) Proper Employment Visa & Income Tax
  4) Transportation by a school bus
  5) Airway flight fee for Annual Summer Holiday
  6) Medical Allowance : The school will cover all medical cost for him or her inside Bangladesh.
  7) The details will be discussed at the interview.

* Job-descriptions of a principal
  1) To manage and supervise total education routines.
  2) To recruit, evaluate and train staff and teachers.
  3) To lead and organize Bible oriented programs.
  4) To implement the school policies and develop better school policies with the school board.
  5) To guide the senior students for their admission to university as well as their future.
  6) To recruit and supervise expatriate intern teachers.
  7) To recruit English native teachers from abroad.
  8) To develop better appropriate curriculum, pedagogy and evaluation system for the students.
